 1963-10-270 viewsSmoke billows from an elevated section of the New Jersey Turnpike near Newark after a tractor trailer carrying 8,200 gallons of gasoline overturned and exploded spewing flames onto empty railroad freight cars below. Five fire companies fought the blaze. There were no series injuries resulting from the mishap.
